Heartless Eponine

Ok... July 2010 was heartbreaking for my internet life because my wordpress blog Heartless Eponine was closed. It was shocking for me and it really hurt to see your personal blog being suspended for some unknown reason.

So I heard that wordpress is getting stricter than ever. Sigh...so much for press freedom. So now you ask why the blog title is "Planning to go back to Wordpress?"

When I transferred here in Weebly, Wordpress improved. The site is now customizable. I just can't believe my eyes and it's really a drag that my blog had to close before those great changes. :<

To tell you honestly, I'm getting annoyed over my blog (or maybe the blog service) now. I get spam comments and it's flooding my inbox like crazy. I just can't handle it and I get these spam comments everyday! Just imagine how many email notifications I get.

So I made a decision on going back to Wordpress but with keynote in mind: "moderation."  Just too much of something is bad so I guess I learned that after my blog was closed.

I was able to retrieve some wordpress database in my old blog so I think it wont hurt if I'll repost them right? I might think about it.

See you in wordpress guys :D

Maritime fans rejoice! A live-action movie will be released this November 8! I think I'm excited about it and I'll watch it to know my final verdicts about it if it's really good or not. :) This would probably be my first J-movie to watch in my entire life :O

The trailer has been released too! Video below :D

September 12,2010

This happened to me the other day. It was a Friday afternoon. I was walking going to the new turf of the CDO Yu-Gi-Oh Duelists until I passed by a stupid birdbrain, a Jeepney Conductor

I was just minding my own business until the jeepney conductor made a side comment about my Naruto headband tied on my neck together with my jacket. It was rainy what do you expect?

It made my blood boil a bit. He said something like this in our local dialect: "Oh my god! A Naruto character turned real. Ho-shit!" In a sarcastic way.
To tell you honestly, what I don't like about these so called jeepney conductors is they think they are cool because they are unemployed, most of them didn't finish school, and they think they are cool because they hold dirty money in their dirty shitty fingers. Forgive my language. I was just extremely angry that I really need to vent this out. I really didn't like what he said. So I then replied to him angrily: "What did you say?!" He didn't answer. He was shocked that I talked back. "What did you say?! Say it again in front of my face!" I said. He then retaliated saying "I only just said you're a Naruto fag come to life. You get angry with that?" "You don't know what an otaku is. If I'm an otaku, you're a JEJEMON! You better learn how to respect people once in a while buddy!" I then left the scene and didn't care that people saw me in the middle of the road bashtalking to a brainless fag.

Seriously, if this person is insecure with my Naruto headband strapped on my neck, he would just shut his trap. He thinks he's so good looking, not! I wanted to grab his shades and break it or even punch him. Since this country I live in is soooooooooooooo democratic, I guess I should let it pass.

Ok, Otakus are sometimes weird to people's eyes. But I'm not a bitch who hides her passion or her interests, etc. I don't like that type of stuff. It's just so not me. I want to ask myself: If society doesn't like nerds or otakus, then why are there different social groups then? There's Punks, Emos, Jejemons, Sarcastic Bitches. Well? People just don't know when to shut up or learn how to respect people: especially in the field of fashion.

At least I was able to teach that brainless feeling cool faggot a lesson: People who troll first, loses.

One thing is for sure though, I am an otaku and will always will be. I don't care if people bash me, as long as I still have a mouth and tongue to tell it in their faces that they are closed-minded individuals. Grow up!

Ok guys I'm back again with another round of updates!

As what I've said a few steps back, I'm currently reading Octave by Akiyama Haru. I'm loving it. Especially the latest chapter! It's good that Setsuko and Yukino are back together again. I just hope they'll be able to patch up their differences and misunderstanding now. I wonder why do I have the feeling that this manga's ending soon? Or maybe it's just me? o.O?

Now your question would go like: OMG! EPONINE READING A YURI MATURE MANGA! DX DX DX OR OMFG! EPONINE IS READING SOME ADULT STUFF!!!

Hello?! :P First and foremost, I'm in a legal age to read such things. LOL! Ok since people are still in a question mark why am I loving this manga, I will explain.

1. Real life situation: If you read especially Yukino's parts and explanations, you would understand. I'll just leave it there for now since I don't want to spoil.

2. Drama!!! - Ok, sue me. I like how TWISTED this manga is. It's a mixture of sweetness and irritation at the same time. Especially the people who have feelings for Yukino. Lol! Sue me again, I like how it is. It's not draggy or whatever. :3

3. It's something new - All I've been reading are cute lovely fluffy stuff. I need some desperate girl love in manga right now! XD lolz

So I guess that's it. The story's good and there's no gaps in the story plot. So it's a recommendation from me. Hope you yuri-lovers can read this masterpiece too :3

35 Chapters, almost a year of excitement, anticipation for RAWS, always waiting for Ris-sama to scanlate, etc etc. Now it has finally come to an end. I has been a journey with Mari and Akko.

From friends, to best friends, to conflicting feelings, to lovers. I have never read such an exciting yuri manga ever in my life. No one can replace such a lovely and beautiful story such as Milk Morinaga's masterpiece.

Because of Girl Friends, it had inspired me to create my wordpress blog Heartless Eponine (which is now suspended). It was the reason why I created an otaku blog in the first place. Removing th Yuri for a while, the manga taught me to be loyal to my bestfriend as well and how to treasure the friendship that we had. I know that everything has to come to an end so I think the ending of the manga was indeed beautiful. I admit, I cried. I'm fully satisfied.

First of all, I would like to thank Milk Morinaga. ^^ You are one of my favorite yuri mangakas and I salute your future works. To Ris for bringing/scanlating Girl Friends to the world. To Audio Erotica for providing us the raws when there are some chapter releases were delayed. To the mangafox Girl Friends Fan Club thanks for making me feel that I'm not the only one who is loving this manga.

I have a feeling our journey does not end here.... ^_^

Hello I'm back again and another Nostalgic Sunday post!

:) I have been a fan for Swing Out Sister for a long time now and I think there's no harm if I share one of my favorite songs from them. :3

The song is entitled La La La means I love you. I like the song and the lyrics. Makes me fall in love more and more. <3

Below is the lyrics and the video. Enjoy ^^

Many girls have come to you
With a line that was untrue
And you just passed them by

And now your innocent to whim
And their lies don't mean a thing
Why don't you let me drive

I don't need a diamond ring
Cause you prove your love to me when you say
Sweet and mellow

La la la la la la la la la means I love you
La la la la la la la la la means I love you

Never thought I'd meet a boy
Who could bring me so much joy
You are the one for me

But let me take you in my arms
Surround you with my charms
I'm sure that you will see

The things that I'm saying are true
This is the way that I explain them you
Listen to me

La la la la la la la la la means I love you
La la la la la la la la la means I love you
The things that I'm saying are true
Now I'd bet to spend my whole life through
Loving you
Can't you hear me

La la la la la la la la la means I love you
La la la la la la la la la means I love you

La la la la la la la la la means I love you
La la la la la la la la la means I love you

Ok, this is just my two cents about it. Time to act serious.

I really wonder though. I just saw the news last night and the entire "drama" on TV just made me want to smash my television. Why? Because the Police and SWAT are so slow about the situation. DARN IT! SLOWPOKES! Ok, I know it seems that they are trying their best to make sure that people are still alive but for 10 whole hours?! I don't think so.

First and foremost. They only dealt with a smelly old man with an M-16 rifle. With proper stealth and training for that matter, that fag is easier to kill. Drama to Ombudsman+Cellphone Call+Tearing up the contract = Drama much? Don't know what he wants but I think his demands is instant fame.

If this is some plot to put down the Aquino government to its lows, then heck it's not working for me. May I ask: was NoyNoy there during the incident ON THE SPOT? No! So deal with the situation. Pointing fingers wont help at all. I think this is something to distract our minds from everything that's happening recently. I guess people know how to be good actors irl.

I'm not siding or whatever. I'm just stating out my thoughts. I'm also a bit disappointed that because of that so called "hostage drama", it's putting our country to shame internationally.

Call me harsh but watching the hostage drama unfold is like watching a 2 hour action movie with fillers. Seriously if you want to demand something, don't affect innocent people...especially tourists for Christ's sake.

Go ahead and say that my thoughts about it is useless. Heck people are bashing my country now because of that crappy son of a bitch making a 10-hour drama hogging over my precious timeslots.

Go ahead and bash. You know I didn't want it either. Nobody wants it. It's just that people just want to be attention whores for awhile.

If you guys are saying that our government's crappy, our security's crappy, ALL JUST FOR THAT INCIDENT ALONE?! People are just so close-minded they'll believe anything.

Sigh...what's done is done. Let's hope for the best. My only wish for now is the Media. I hope they'll do something about how they describe something in general. It's giving me a migraine to know that some media people are tagging my country as "not a safe place to live". HA! Are your researchers doing right?

I just hope the government can do something about it at least. I feel it's in stealth mode and I think it's not good for the international scene. So exposure, exposure. Let's hope for the best of the country and give a peace sign to Hong Kong. If people are still bashing us, I wish they can speak it out physically than working with their mouth. I dare you.

Is it me or has Comic High! been very generous now? I guess they should. Yes, this is the month everyone. The ending chapter of our favorite yuri manga, Girl Friends. To commemorate or celebrate that ending, the cover of Comic High magazine is a picture of Akko hugging Mari from behind. Awwwwwwww~~~~

I got the source from /u/. It seems Comic High also has revealed a bit of spoilers as well. Beware though. Note: Please highlight below for the spoilers.

Mari and Akko's final year as high school students has passed by in a flash. At last, it's the graduation ceremony for the two of them. The happy, painful, and unforgettable memories are recalled. Mari resolves "As long as I love Akko, I'll never give up!" Mari's path after graduation, and Akko's future path...what in the world will they be?

So yeah that's it. I'm getting a bit excited. I just hope Audio Erotica gets the raws or someone gets them earlier for the benefit of us fans. I'm both excited and sad about it at the same time.

Though there's a saying that goes that All must come to an end, I think I'm going to miss this manga very much.

To finish this blog post I would like to share this page. According to /u/, the source is from Comic High's official website. Sorry that the image is small X__X.

This blog is dedicated to all cosplayers who dress to express and not to impress. This blog post is also dedicated to these shitbags who are stupid to know what jejemon really is. I LOL'ED AT YOU!

Ok, I'm back again and I would like to take this opportunity to bash for the 2nd time these so called people who are so dumb and stupid to what a fad looks like or not.

Yes, I'm talking about proud and expressive COSPLAYERS being tagged by brainless so-called mature people as JEJEMONS. I decided to make another blog about this is because I have heard that they were called Jejemons again. So let me explain for the brainless what a jejemon is.

Ok, for starters: JEJEMON is a person who sends and/or types text messages that GHo3z LiYke D!sH POwHHzzz...jejejejeje  (seriously, does that make any sense to you?) and they dress like gangster posers doing the upside down peace sign. (Seriously, it doesn't look cool...at all.)
Ok, for the close minded bastards: COSPLAY is for me, one of the coolest gimiks and hobbies ever. You be able to be an anime/game character for a whole day and people take pictures with them, perform, act their character etc. etc. JUST HOW COOL IS THAT? Compared to you so called posers and close-minded mature-proclaimed members of society LOL!

Seriously and honestly speaking, my head boils if they call my otaku friends and cosplayers JEJEMONS. First, we otakus speak the proper language (heck, some of my friends know a thing or two about Japanese and other languages not like your so called bullshit proclaimed L33T). Second, we're not boring when we rule the stage (Go ahead and troll me. All of you are dreamers! YOU ONLY USE YOUR MOUTHS, FOOLS! Try to make an armor out of paper mache! See if you can make it yourselves! HA!) Third, We know how to have fun. I smell jealousy! Aww, too bad! Finally the fourth, you just don't have the guts and the money to do it. As what I've said earlier, you self-proclaimed mature trollers are just DREAMERS while we make our dream cosplays and outfits a reality. So who's superior now? Do I need to stuff a bunch of Jejecaps on your mouth to swallow what's the difference?

Fellow Otakus and Cosplayers, don't let these types of people pull you down. They are only limited to their mouths and eyes only. Poor poor souls. I wish instead of tagging us as an non-related crap like jejemon, I suggest they appreciate us or keep their mouths shut. Oh well, I guess I can't argue the reality that people are people.

Keep the flame burning minna-san! As a song from Journey goes - Don't Stop Believin'! Hold on to that feeling! Don't ever throw away something just because society wanted to lure into a trap. Always remember that you are not ALONE! There's more people who appreciate the hobby a thousand times better than people who don't. So keep the flame burning inside! Form new friendships and alliances. I assure you, it may cause a great impact in your life.

I have to personally admit, that because of this hobby of loving Anime, Manga, Games, and Cosplay, my connections with people had become wider and wider as I went on. I have formed great bond with great people and I thank all of it to my interest, hobby, and love for the genres.

LIVE ON COSPLAYERS! LIVE ON!
